UPDATED Manang Marshyangdi Club (MMC) clinched the title of Marty's Memorial 'A' Division League 2018-19 for the record of 8th times. And now MMC will represent Nepal in the 2019 AFC Cup which will star from February 2019.

Manang Marshyangdi Club are drawn in the Group-E along with Minerva Punjab from India,  Dhaka Abahani Limited from Bangladesh and  Chennaiyin FC (India). Only the group winner of Group-E will advance to the next round (Inter-zone play-off semi-finals). Each team will play two matches each on the home and away basis.

2019 AFC Cup will be the 16th edition of the second-tire club competition organised by Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Teams from 46 AFC member associations wii take part in the tournament. The associations are split into five zones i.e. West Asia Zone, Central Asia Zone, South Asia Zone , ASEAN Zone and East Asia Zone. These participating teams are ranked based on their national team's and clubs' performance over the last four years.
