Nepal U20 is in good form with a comfortable win in both the matches played earlier in the tournament. Earlier, in the first match, Nepal defeated the Maldives by 4 goals to nil, and in the second match, Nepal sidelined Sri Lank with a thumping 3-0 win. India is under pressure after a 1-2 loss at the hands of Bangladesh. Nepal's Win against India in today's match will secure the finals against Bangladesh to be played on August 2, 2022. Nepal will play their last round-robin match against Bangladesh on August 2, 2022.
