Swedish national Johan Kalin, former Coach of Machhindra Football Club, is appointed as the Head Coach Of Nepal National Football Team for two years. Kalin helped Machindra Fc to secure second position in Martyr’s League ‘A’ Division league in 2070. He was to a great extend success in Nepali footballing environment.
Kalin has played in the professional 3rd-division league in Sweden and is a UEFA "A" licensed coach and an Instructor for UEFA "B" courses. Kalin has not yet led any national side but has worked for the Swedish Football Federation and many other Swedish clubs as the head coach.
Kalin is to some extend familiar with South Asian football. He attended the 2011 SAFF Cup tournament in Delhi. He also has involved in Indian 2nd division Simla Youngs and I-League side Sporting Club de Goa.
